Now you cannot change the category in the counselling form as your cutoff rank will be of general category. But you can try to fill obc and if there is error in submitting counselling form then you have to choose general category only.

After the submission of the form for any particular exam, there is mentioned that you cannot change anything after the final submission of the form.
