in the higher secondary exam final sheet it will be written that if failed in one subject and cleared the particular paper in second attempt so there will be no admission in good colleges due to this reason

Hello there,
Many students face the same problem, and you don't need to worry about that. If a person fails in one subject, and then clears that particular subject in the second attempt, he will be eligible for all entrance exams and all colleges. There's no such rule that the person will not get a good college. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you can apply for admission in that college.
