In the jee mains form of session 4 of 2021 which is going to be held on 27 aug to 2 sep 2021 i have'nt corrected the date from feb to actual month may but the form is accepted and payement is done so what shall be done to correct this ?will they open correction window

Your question is not very clear but how much I understand from it, let me try to give you answer on that basis. So there was no need to change any date in the JEE-Main 2021 Application form just you have to select the attempts for which you want to appear and and if you had filled your JEE-Main 2021 Application form for May attempt in February then also nothing to worry because there was no requirement of change. Now you have to only appear for the registered session i.e., of May session which is going to be conducted from August 27th to September 2nd.
No there are no chances for re-opening of JEE-Main correction window for 4th session because the last dates have already passed.
