in the mat exam there is only 5 collage option .... if I'm not selected in that 5 collage lists collage then what's the next step... and what can I do ...

Based on the score you secure and the cutoff of the colleges ,you will receive interview and GD call letter immediately after the results are declared. In case you do not get call from any of the colleges you have given as your choices, then you can check the cutoff trends in other colleges and based on the score you have got , you can apply separately in those colleges. You can check the cutoffs and list out the colleges you want to apply in other than those 5 options:
