Hello,

There are seats available in remaining colleges and branches these vacant seats will be considered for second phase allotment. So candidates who participate in second phase and choose these colleges will be allotted a seat based on their rank, category, cut off etc. And the seats which were allotted in first phase but candidates did not report, then such seats will also be considered for second phase. If there the seats are not available in the colleges in which you are interested to seek admission then you will get seat in that college so you have to choose some other colleges to secure a seat in second phase.
