Correct Answer: No sooner he had realized


Solution : There is an error in the option 1.

Instead of using ‘he had realized’ we need to use ‘had he realized’.

We reverse the order of the auxiliary verb and subject when no sooner is used in the front position. In more formal and literary approaches, this is typical.

Example

No sooner had they started their walk than it started to rain.

Hence the correct sentence is

No sooner had he realized his negligence than he began to take necessary measures
