Different-different Universities/Colleges have their own criteria. In some universities, You need have minimum 50-60% in 12th for BCA. And it varies for other universities/colleges. So, it depends upon the University/College, which you want to join.

For these courses you need minimum of 60% in 12th board to get admission for the courses.60% is minimum and i would say more than that should be good.
