Both electrical engineering and computer science engineering both hardwares and softwares are included.
In electrical engineering the software parts come in to design the circuits and hardware part comes in to implement the circuit which you have designed and get a output .
In computer science the software part comes in designing a software like writing codes and developing a software to perform tasks and the hardware part comes in the internal parts of the computer , their making and designing .
