JEE is the joint entrance exam, it is conducted through out the India. This is the entrance exam for different courses in B.E and B.Tech. This is the exam conducted by the National Testing Agency through out the country.

In this year the candidates have an option to write the exam 2 times so that you have a chance to improve the score the NTA will select the best score in between both the exams.

If the candidate appeares for both attempts the best of 2 NTA score will be consired for prepration of rank. the best of two score will be released after the 2nd phase of examination.

This year,since JEE mains is conducted two times therefore no rank is given to aspirants.All India rank will be released by NTA after conducting April session.So January JEE mains 2019 percentile score is not for complete session and it's not exact cut off also.

Therefore you have to wait for the second (JEE mains) exam which will be conducted in the month of April.
