This scheme is provided by the Management of the institution. Children of those parents whose annual income is less than 4.50 lakh from all sources will only be eligible for this scheme.

Under AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme, seats up to a maximum of 5% of sanctioned intake per course will be available.

Only Self financing engineering colleges and Self supporting courses in Government Aided Engineering Colleges will be eligible for this scheme which will be applicable for B.E/B.Tech courses.

Under this Scheme, seats up to a maximum of 5% of sanctioned intake per course will be available. Except tuition fees, all other fees will have to be paid by the candidates.
Beneficiary students admitted under AICTE TFW Scheme will not be allowed to change the institution/course under any circumstance
Tuition Fees Waiver (TFW) is a scheme which is applicable for 5% of total seats intake. TFW means that tuition fees are waived . That is the recipient does not have to pay their tuition fees. In India tuition fees are about 90% of total fees so a waiver is a big help to a student. It is a DTE scheme. It is limited to 5% of the intake to any course.
There is certain criteria depending upon the state offering TFW, all the documents is to be submitted while counselling to be eligible for it. In TFW tuition fees of applicant is submitted by government.
