Hello,
A degree courses is always a good option if you are looking for a long term career opportunities.
There will always be more options for a degree holder than a diploma holder. With degree you can also pursue higher studies but with diploma you have very less options. Degree holder obviously have more weightage because in degree courses the subjects are quite dynamic and very deep with application based practical studies, the curriculum is also big. And if you will do Bachelor's then you will also have options of Masters which will bring more and more opportunities to you. So, I would advise you to go for degree course rather than diploma course.
I hope this helps.

Dear Aspirant,
A Degree course is always better than a Diploma course. Always remember this. Diploma is for those who can't afford to pay for a degree or who have lesser marks or who don't want to study for years. People feel it's a short cut. But always remember remunerations are also lower for diploma holders as compared to those who have completed a degree course. So, I would suggest you should pursue a degree course if there is not a problem in doing that.
Hope this Helps!
Good Luck
