If you have got seat with PHV seat category and you don't have PHV certificate then you are not eligible for that seat. You will have to provide PHV certificate as you don't have one you are not eligible. You will have to participate in the second round counselling of TS EAMCET 2021 as you participate in the second round of counselling and get seat in the second round your seat in the first round will get automatically cancelled.
