in ts eamcet first round I got free seat in VNRVJIET and I'm from st category and my rank is 20155 ,now I want to participate in second round if I get a seat in CBIT then will I get free seat or should I pay fees

If you get Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Gandipet through counselling then you can get free seat and need not pay fees as you are eligible for full fees reimbursement. Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors.
