In Tspgecet can we go for second councelling after paying fees for college in first councelling or will the first seat get cancelled

Hello.


Once you pay for the seat that you have got in the first round of counselling, it gets reserved for you. So, even if you participate in the second round of counselling, the seat will remain. Once you get a better college in the second round, you can trasfer the money to the second allotted seat.
