in uceed score sheet , what does it mean by "Open "in category column

Hello Amul !
Open category means for all the caste. Some colleges have seats for the reserved category like SC/ST/OBC etc. & some are open category means anyone can apply for that either General, SC/ST/OBC etc. Means caste/social status is no bar an open category.
