Hello

To inform you- MCC/DGHS has no role in the counselling process in private medical seats and it is the state counselling bodies which are responsible for admission in private medical colleges.

According to the rules the security money is supposed to be refunded to the institutionwhere you have got admission and it  is supposed to be adjusted in your first year fees.

If you have got admission via NEET AIQ in a private university your security money will be adjusted in the fees, you cannot get your security money back after taking admission. If the institute has said they will not adjust the fees (without giving a logical reason for it) then I suggest you to consult your state's counselling committee (CEE for Kerela at  0471- 2332120, 2338487. or mail at ceekinfo@cee.kerala.gov.in (mailto:ceekinfo@cee.kerala.gov.in) )
