if you float your option , it means that you will be given chance only to shift between branches in the same college . and freez means that you will can save your seat in the alloted college and at the same time apply for further other rounds of counselling and if you get a better college in the next counselling rounds and wish to join there then your freezed seat and the fee will get transfered to the new college
