In upsee counselling,i am not satisfied with my allotted seat. if i have float then will i have to pay seat acceptance fee? because seat acceptance tab is opening and giving me option to payment after filling float willingness......

Dear student,

If you are not satisfied with your seat allotment, then you must use float willingness before 29th october.

If you choose Float then - It means that you have accepted the seat but you want a higher preference branch in other institutes in further rounds. If you got any higher preference branch in further rounds then you will accept it and your previously alloted seat will get cancelled. Otherwise if you not get any higher preference seat, then your previously alloted seat will remain with you.

So, after choosing float option you must have to pay the seat acceptance fees and be quick, because the payment of fees must be made till 29th october after submitting your float willingness.
