Yes, the syllabus for UPSEE MBA and MCA entrance exam is same.It consists of four sections which includes English language, numerical aptitude, thinking and decision making, general awareness.

• English: Grammer, vocabulary, uncommon words, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, relationship between words & phrases, compherension passage
• Numerical aptitude: Numerical calculation, airthmetic, simple algebra, geometry, trigonometry, interpretation of graphs, charts and tables.
• Thinking and Decision skills: creative thinking, unfamiliar relationships, verbal reasoning, finding patterns trends, assessments of figures and diagrams.
• General Knowledge: current affairs and issues related to trade, economy, sports, culture and science.
