In UPSI exam form i have uploaded income certificate instead of Domicile. is there any chances of cancellation of my form??

I hope you are doing good . As per your query, I would like to inform you that their is no need of getting worry ,you should mail regarding your mistake and attach domicile certificate in it as a proof that you have informed and apoplogize them regarding your mistake. If they found out that you havent filled the form properly then will reach you out otherwise at the time of document verification you can submit the orginals with the undertaking
