Dear aspirant
There is no free exit in uttar pradesh counseling this year. If you have allocated a college you will have to take admission. You can only leave colleges only when you have been allotted a college in AIQ or other states counseling then you have to show the allotment letter of that counselling then they will cut 10% of security deposit and rest of money they will return back. Or otherwise you can resign your seat if that college is not of your choice and you don't want to take admission. In this case they will cut 50% security deposit and rest they will return back. You can go for upgradation in round 2 by for this you will have to complete admission process in allotted college of first round. You can up counseling detail from link below
