No VITEEE will not repeat all previous years questions but solving them will help you better to analyse the pattern of the exam and the level of questions asked in exam.

You need to habe all of your concepts clear to crack this exam.So practice a lot from ncert books as well as from previous years questions.

This enables you to solve variety of other questions.

Also sometimes it is the question type is same just the values are twisted.

This is because there have been so many exams in past and there is always some limitation of questions that can be asked in a topic.

So solve all last year question papers for sure as some questions are expected to be similar.

Completing the past year's papers and mock paper is definitely a plus point for any examination.This is a way to ensure and judge oneself as to how much you are prepared.Would like to add that it is definitely not going to decide your admissions because that is totally a different thing.

The questions that appear on VITEEE may be different from the ones you have solved previously, but they employ similar concepts to the ones you solved earlier. It is very important for an applicant to work on the concepts. Stick to the basics.
