in wbjee 2018 i think i will get total 47 and 20 in physics, 20 in chemistry. can i choose a govt. pharmacy college..??

No, its a extremly low score since paper was very eassy this year ....therefore there no chance of getting a private collage....gov collage is beyond your expectation
