In WBJEE 2018 is it necessary that reporting to the centre is done by candidate himself ? Can any family member of candidate can report???

No its not allowed at all.The candidate has to be present physically during physical reporting until and unless the candidate gets some special permission from the authorities. You can mail or contact the wbjee authorities for some special medical permissions may be they help you out.
