In wbjee i got 43419 gmr rank .......and sc rank is 4411..... which clg i can get ? can i get any government college at kolkata?

First of all , WBJEE admission is based on totally GMR .. Category ranks are just for storing information to candidates .

Well, with your GMR rank , it is very difficult to get any Govt college . But yes .. as per last year cut off database , you can get the following colleges :
- RCC Institute of Information Technology, Beliaghata'
- Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia
- Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management, Hooghly
- Academy of Technology, Hooghly
- Kanad Institute of Engineering and Management Mankar, Durgapur and others
