In what format should I mention the Candidate's name in CMAT form? Should I just mention name or Name - Middle Name - Last Name?

It is alway s better to write you name as it is in your academics certificates or other important documents which you are using as a reference to your name whenever you are applying.
Gener ally the order is FirstName - MiddleName - LastName. (middle name is optional .if it is not there in your academics certificates you need not mention it).
