Hello Aspirant ,
NCERT books are carefully designed and chapters are placed in order they should be taught and studied as most of the droppers have good enough knowledge of the syllabus , important questions and their weak and strong subjects and chapter which differ from person to person.
So you should study them in order they are in NCERT book which means start with first chapter and keep going in the order. You can start any chapter but choose the one in which you are weak.

Jee mains and advanced dropper students should first make a schedule before starting with any thing. The topic of higher weightage should be cover first. It is advisable to cover first class 11 syllabus as previously many questions were asked from that portion. Along with reading chapter do practice previous year question and on weekends attend a mock test.
