There are abundant of colleges which give you admission based on your class 12 marks. Since you have asked this question which means that you don't want to go for any entrance test or any other procedure and directly enroll in the college. There are various private colleges which can give you admission based on your 12th marks. Most of these colleges are located in Rajasthan,  Tamil nadu and Madhya Pradesh.

Some colleges of Delhi NCR also give admission on 12 marks,  such colleges are KIET Ghaziabad,  ABES engineering college,  Ghaziabad and various others.
