Hello,
You have 45 percentile which indicates you will have rank over 40 lakh. There is more chance that you will get admission in private college. Don't worry for it as private college also provide best education. They also provide best platform to work and show case their skills.
There are different organization too which hosts quizzes and hackathon which is open for private , government and other institutes.
They also conduct seminar and workshops so that students will know what is trending topic and how market or running.
So choose  good private college option and apply for it. If your categorical rank comes in cutoff range then you can apply for your residential government college with home state quota.
