Delhi college arts and Commerce is one among the good college we have in off campus. The percentage usually go high for it but you may get admission till the second or third cutoff with 90%. Also it depends on the course  want to pursue. Courses like Bcom hons and eco hons usually have high cut off but you may get it till the second or third cutoff being an obc candidate.

Congratulations on the good score in class12th. You have not specified the course you want to pursue. Regardless since you are changing the stream you will face a deduction of 2%-2.5% depending on the course you choose to pursue. So at 87.5% with obc category you will clear most course cut off in 5th or 6th list. However i will not advise you to wait so long for taking admission. You can opt for another college when you clear the cut off then change it delhi college of arts and commerce as and when you clear its cut off.
