1. ME in biomedical engineering
2. master of science in biomedical engineering
3. master of engineering in biochemical engineering and biotechnology
4. master of technology in biomedical instrumentation
5, MS in biomedical engineering
6. master of technology in bio medical signal processing and instrumentation
after pursing masters , you can have doctoral courses like MPhil , PhD in biomedical instrumentation
