You can read chapter : some basic concepts in chemistry.

For the mole concept.

You can read from 10 the class NCERT Book and 11 the class NCERT Book for the concep.

After this you can solve Dinesh or Pradeep for numerical purpose.

Mole concept is present in chapter Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry which is chapter number 1 in NCERT Textbook of 11th standard.

You can also refer mole concept in Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by RC Mukherjee.
