Dear Ridhi, under State Quota for 2018, 559 marks secured a seat in GMC, Dungarpur under OBC Category. That was the cut off. Going by that, 435 marks are quite for a seat in a Government Medical College. You might have a shot at Private Medical Colleges like:

Mahatma Gandhi Medical College

NIMS University

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can also check the cut offs of various different colleges under your Category at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan/amp

Dear Sir/ Ma'm, a score of 435 will not be able to help you get a seat in the 15% All India Quota counseling as All India Quota has a much higher cutoff (of around 550) than the 85% state quota counseling where you might have comparatively better chances, more so if you are a reserved category student. Since, you haven't mentioned the name of your domiciliary state or your category, we couldn't come up with much detailed information.

Hello Ridhi,

With a score you are expecting, you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both. However state quota depends on the state you belong to and if you belong to the reserved categories chances are more better. But you can try in the Deemed Universities. try out the college predictor to know the colleges you may get according to the score you are expecting
