JEE Mains 2021 fourth and final session is going to be held on 26th August  to 2nd September 2021 and the registration forms for the same are closed now.

I assume you are asking for JEE Mains 2022.

The tentative Dates for JEE Mains 2022 are-

1st session  - in February  2022

2nd  session  - in March 2022

3rd session  - in April  2022

4th session  - in May  2022

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) mains will be conducted in the month of February. The application dates for JEE 2022 is not yet declared by the officials but JEE Main 2022 registration process will commence tentatively in November on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The application form will be available only in the online mode so you will be able to apply in the official website. You will have to give the JEE exam in the centre that you will get after the release of the admit card. Depending on the preferences you choose you will get an exam centre near by your preferences.
