As you have mentioned you have secured 91k rank in JEE mains and you are aiming to take up for bsc in nits so let me tell you that it's very difficult to predict exactly what will you get .

As per my knowledge you can go for nit patna or if you want to do btech then go for bit mesra if your home state is jharkhand or else apply for nits like Agartala, sringar, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, srinagar and other parallel ones.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

Now according to the CRL rank mentioned by you in the question you cannot get B.Sc in Physics in any of the NITs because the closing CRL rank under other state quota for the course was around 30k-38k and you have much higher rank than this, therefore you have very low chances or almost no chances to get any of the NITs with the asked course.
