However you can get seat in private colleges within your state or you can also try for open domicile states.
There is also the option for opting for deemed universities.
However if you are looking for low fees, then its difficult to get a college. Because the deemed universities have usually very high fees with only few colleges having fees below 7k,and for admission into those colleges cutoffs shall be high.
