In which university i am eligible to do llm if my ballb percentage is 53%?
See the eligibility marks criteria for the LLM course is dependent on the examination through which you are seeking admission. The top entrances for the LLM are-
- Common Law Entrance Test for LLM [CLAT PG]
- All India Law Entrance Test [AILET]
- Law School Admission Test [LSAT]
The eligibility percentage for CLAT PG is 50% for UR students and 45% in case of SC and ST candidates. So you are eligible for all the colleges offering admission on the basis of CLAT PG score.
For the colleges offering admission through AILET you are also eligible as the eligibility criteria states-
The candidate must have completed LLB (3-year LLB or integrated LLB) from a recognized university or institute with at least 50% aggregate marks. SC, ST and PwD candidates must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
You are also eligible for the colleges offering admission on the basis of the LSAT.
Similarly, you can check by yourself the eligibility criteria for different colleges and can know which colleges you are eligible or not.
