In year 2021 due to the delay in getting the NEET results my state ( Karnataka) has already started conducting counselling for engineering course .... Med counselling have not yet started nd i have a very low score in NEET but want to pursue medicine what shall i opt for eng or med???

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well . If you are really interested to pursue medicine ,go for it . If you have a very low neet score ,you can drop a year and start preparing for NEET 2022 now itself as there isn't much time left if we suppose that the exam is going to be held sometime in May. If you study with full dedication and a proper schedule,you'll definitely grab a government seat in a reputed medical college next year .

The Counselling is getting delayed due to a case going on in Supreme Court regarding the revision 10% EWS criteria . It is only expected to commence in the month of January 2022 as of now .

If I get an eng college through kea nd pay the fees over there will they refund it if if I join a medical college through kea counselling???? Incase I don't get any medical seat o would like to go for eng .... but due to the delay in medical counseling I'm confused...

aniketh.sb See, you will have to ask your college authorities about their refund policy for this matter .
To know about your chances into a medical college ,you can go through the previous year All India Cutoffs and also the cutoffs of your native state . If your rank is under last year's closing AIR ,you have a high probability of getting a college and if it's not then chances are thin .
