india or foreign countries for biology research?

US, Germany, UK are among the top countries which have good research institues and facilities. India top has many top institues of research like IISc ( Top most institue), IITs, IISER etc. Now coming to your question first decide in which field you would like to conduct reserach and if that field is available in our country then do it from here. But make sure top most colleges like IISc have the desired course you want to do. Check out their website and research papers. Now if you are really interested in going abroad then make sure you have met all the critera because top most institutes ask for some prior research work and many such academic qualifications. All this highly varies from institute to institue. Or else you can complete your Msc in India from a top college and choose foreign university for Phd. Choose wisely and all the best.

That completely depends upon your choice and mindset.However in India and also in modern days ample number of research work from background of biology are going on and also there are opportunities to serve the country and work for the country in companies like CSIR,MITCON.So its not that like there are not enough research work going on in the country so you need to shift to foreign countries.Try to stay in the country and enrich with more research work.
