Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is national level entrance test conducted for recruitment in PSUs and admission into M.Tech course in various engineering colleges in India.
It is a online examination of 3 hours duration.
The eligibility criteria for appearing in the exam is that a candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years after B.Sc./ Diploma in Engineering / Technology).
Final year students can also apply.
Candidate also from B.Arch,B.Sc+M.Sc integrated, MCA degree holders can also apply for the exam.
