SRM Institute of Science and Technology is a top-ranking deemed university that is part of the SRM Group of Institutions. SRM IST has a total of four campuses out of which the main campus is situated in Kattankulathur , Tamil Nadu.
It offers 268 courses across 15 streams, and is established in 1985.
It grants many scholarships like , 50% fee waiver to students who obtain more than 95% marks in the CBSE examinations or their respective state board examinations. It also offers a Founder's Scholarship to top JEE, SRMJEEE and state entrance rankers and offers other scholarships also in domain of sports.
