Inorder to get into BPT one has to answer CET. This CET exam is conducted by the state or the college that we have applied for?

I understand that you are enquiring about the authorities which conduct the CET entrance exam and so to answer your question, the CET stands for Common Entrance Entrance Test which is an entrance examination conducted by respective states of India for admission into undergraduate degree courses under the domain of medical, dental and engineering in various colleges( both state-aided and private run) in that respective states. Thus, it is conducted by the state authorities of the state in which CET is held.
