Institute of Technology - In these type of colleges there is more focus on practical based education , emphasis is given to technical education , they will conduct practicals experiments in labs using high tech and latest equipments.
College of Engineering-This name has been there since olden days , from the olden days because of lack of technicsl instruments there were no practicals in colleges , here you find more emphasis on theoretical knowlege ..... But due to digitilization these type of colleges are also adapting and teaching the new cirriculum
