For integrated Mtech admission at VIT No entrance examination is conducted,
Candidates who have completed Regular, Full-Time, and Formal Education are the only ones who can apply and The candidate must be a Resident Indian Citizen.
Admission will be based on performance in the qualifying examination (+2) with 65% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
For candidates belonging to SC/ST and applicants coming from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura, the qualifying marks are lowered by 10%, i.e. 55 percent in PCM. They should submit Nativity Certificate
Applicants from the SC/ST category must provide a community certificate.
Candidate can also apply through online at https://vit.ac.in. through Netbanking/Debit card/Credit card/ Paytm mode.

Integrated Mtech is a 5 year integrated engineering program which is equivalent to to the the degree of BTech + Mtech. The course is highly demanded among the students as it saves one year and have good opportunities.
Admission to integrated Mtech program at VIT is done on the basis of performance in higher secondary examination through a counselling process. The scores of candidates are recorded via an application form and seats are allotted on merit basis best upon preferences. Generally the form is released in the month of May and seat allotment is done in July.
