As per the new rules class 12 marks are considered as only an eligibility criteria for seeking admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs.

- A candidate(Gen/OBC) must have secured at least 75% in class 12 for taking admission in these Institute.
- SC/St candidate needs to secure >65%
