Hi

There is no percentage barrier , that is there's no minimum percentage required in your intermediate in your 12th board or intermediate examination to be eligible for JEE mains.

JEE mains eligibility for btech says that to be eligible you should pass your 12th board examination with

  • Physics
  • Mathematics
  • Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject).


But yes if you want to get into NIT, IIT Or GFTI then you need to get a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent or you should be in the top 20 percentile of your examination. In case of  SC/ ST, you need a minimum of 65% marks only in class 12 or equivalent.
