IOCL announced to check the website for applying for recruitment of engineers through gate 2019. Now that message was withdrawn from site.

Yes Rahul you're right according to the Advertisement it says that the application link will start by 4th of January on the link available on www.iocl.com , but from few days the link is not available. The advertisement also says that you have to apply once you get your Admit Card . So, there are chances that the link will open after that.
Also, the official website states that the link will be available in few days keep checking the site I am giving you a link where you can directly check the details
