IOCL through GATE 2018 for GENERAL CATEGORY........the required percentages in the engineering above 65%, is it average of 8 semester?

Hello,

Yes, Required Percentage-  65% above in engineering means an aggregate total of 65% marks above in 4 years (8 semesters) of btech.

thnx....but it mentioned as "General and OBC (NCL) candidates should have secured minimum 65% marks of equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree examination."  is that mean qualifying degree exam means your whole 4 years or just last year

Yes total aggregate is calculated as average of all 8 semesters of engineering.
