No, IP University does not provide any 3 year LLB course. This University provides only 5 year integrated law courses as well as LLM courses. So you cannot apply for the same too.
And yes, this university provides B.ED courses. The application process for the same is tentatively scheduled to begin the month of April, so you can register for the same then. You can use the link below for any other details.

UP? Or IP University? First of all please be clear regarding what information you are seeking. And as far as IP University is concerned, it doesn't offer 3 year LLB course as I've stated in the answer.
My research is proper and as I've stated in the answer, IP University only offers 5 year law as well as LLM courses and no 3 year courses of Law. You can refer to their official website for reference which is also my source of information.
