    Hello Aspirant, congrats for the rank. Since you have such a good rank and also if you have your sc certificate with you then you would stand a solid chance to get into government college. Outside Delhi candidate face some of the issues, since this dynamic process of counseling, may give admission to less scoring person, if they belong to Delhi region. Be patient, and I don't think that you need to worry much. Apply for the counseling positively. Also check these colleges too for getting admission in-

    1. Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing

    2. St. Stephen's College of Nursing, Tis Hazari, Delhi

    3. National Heart Institute

    4. College of Nursing, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital

    5. College of Nursing, VMMC & Safdarjang Hospital

    But sir, National Heart Institute is not under IPU...n also...85% of the total seats are already reserved for DELHI aspirants...d remaining 15% are for outer Delhi aspirants... question is that ki kya Delhi vale outer Delhi ki seats pr aa skte h...????

    According to the procedure and rules, outer Delhi seats cannot be allotted to the Delhi candidate. But still in some cases it has been seen that Delhi candidate got the an outer Delhi seat. So you should apply for the counseling, also visit the college for more information about this.
